After 25 years in the airline industry, Mary Lou Krozack decided to pursue a career in real estate appraisal.  Mary Lou joined Treffer Appraisal Group in 2004, receiving her Maryland Certified General Appraiser license in 2007, and her Virginia Certified General Appraiser License in 2008.  Along with appraising commercial properties, Mary Lou uses her appraisal experience to provide extensive reviews of our appraisals, prior to their delivery to the client.

Mary Lou received an AA from Catonsville Community College.  

Mary Lou is a member of the Maryland Association of Appraisers (MAA) and the Commercial Real Estate Women (C.R.E.W.) organization.
