Brenda joined Treffer in 2003.  She is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in Maryland and Virginia.  Her education is well seasoned with a BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a Master of Education from Xavier University.  Brenda is currently pursuing the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Brenda is passionate about Maryland real estate and enjoys the details and independence that come with a career in appraising.  She resides in Annapolis and is an avid sail boat racer on the Chesapeake Bay. 

Brenda is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Maryland Associaton of Appraisers (MAA), and the Commercial Real Estate Women (C.R.E.W.) organization.
