Dave is a Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.  He received his BS and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota.  Following a successful career as an environmental attorney, Dave transitioned into his career in real estate appraisal and investing.  Dave has been working with Treffer Appraisal Group since 2004, and is pursuing an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
