Our Appraisal Process - The Treffer Experience
Research & Communication
Even before the property is examined, your assigned appraiser immediately begins the necessary research that will provide the most competitive and up-to-date appraisal report. Efficient data collecting provides you with a timely and conclusive report. Turn-around is 5-7 days for residential, 2-3 weeks for commercial reports. Appraisers are in touch with you from beginning through final delivery of the report.
Internal Review
Each appraisal is thoroughly examined by an additional certified appraiser for thorough multiple listing reports, demographic data, and appropriate sales comparables. This additional set of eyes ensures you of an unbiased report, unflawed by information gaps, or even spelling errors. Treffer Appraisal Group wants you to look your best for your clients or lender.
